At EDEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
